The Service is an AI-powered career development and trade test preparation app designed to support career growth, interview preparation, resume building, and training progress.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs through your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service provides career preparation, resume building, and test prep. It does NOT guarantee employment or certification.
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
All Service design, branding, software, and platform content other than your own submitted content remain the property of Redemption Management or its licensors.
The Service is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redemption Management will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
